How to Order:

Orders can be placed using the Contact us page. Once I have received your order, I will calculate your order total and send you the details via email. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal.com. (I do not accept cheques or money orders.)

Payments:

Secure on-line payments can be sent to me via the Paypal invoice provided. It is easy and quick, and you can use your credit card without having an actual Paypal account.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via Canada Post lettermail within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. I ship to all locations in Canada and the USA for a flat rate of $2.25.

If you do not want your items shipped via Canada Post and/or would prefer to upgrade to an alternate shipping method, please let me know when placing your order so that I may provide other options and their associated additional costs.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I hope that you will love my items, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will make every effort to correct any problems. My goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Privacy:
